LATEST DEVELOPMENTS
🧠 Agentic AI went from fringe to 30% among power users
The Rundown: In Inman's new Intel Index survey, the agents with the biggest AI gains have moved to tools that run multi-step work inside their own files: 30% in September, up from 9% in April.
The details:
Among agents with smaller gains, only 7% work that way
Harder jobs came with it: database leads 34% to 45%, contract summaries 48% to 55%, market data 64% to 71%
Named platforms: Claude Code, Codex, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work
Why it matters: The line isn't who has AI. It's whose AI reaches their data.
🔎 Keyes listings now surface in Google mobile search
The Rundown: Keyes joined HouseCanary's Google Listings Program, putting listings from 4,000-plus agents into Google's mobile carousel.
The details:
Results carry brokerage attribution and link to a page with the agent's name and a click-to-contact button
Listings reach Google through My State MLS, one of eight participating MLSs
HouseCanary runs this while in Chapter 11, aiming to exit by year-end. Keyes agents get its AI platform free
Pro tip: Search one of your listings on your phone. Not in the carousel? Ask your MLS about the program.
🏆 Inman's AI winners double as a shortlist
The Rundown: Inman named its 2026 Best of Proptech winners, folding in its AI awards for the first time. 126 nominees, 21 categories.
The details:
Best AI-Native Startup: Livia. Describe a buyer's wishes by call or text, get a ranked MLS shortlist
AI in Marketing: Rechat. Conversational AI: RoostHaven. Best Overall Proptech: Luxury Presence
Cotality took a new Responsible and Ethical AI award
💬 Delta Media drops the registration gate
The Rundown: Delta Media launched Intelligent Websites, where buyers ask questions instead of setting filters, and the AI asks for contact details mid-conversation instead of behind a form.
The details:
CEO Michael Minard: "Your website should do more than display listings"
Next: Intelligent DeltaNET and an Action Center that ranks your next steps. No dates, no pricing
Second conversational website launch in two weeks, after Agent Image's SiteAI
Why it matters: Registration walls trade lead volume for quality. These tools want both.
CASE STUDY
📊 One agent pointed Meta's AI at 1,133 of his own posts
The Rundown: Southern California Realtor Krys Benyamein pointed Meta Muse for Small Business at his Instagram to audit it, not write posts.
The details:
Muse reads your Instagram analytics, Facebook Pages and ad accounts, and shipped quietly in late September
He opened with diagnosis: 90 days of data, name the biggest weakness, show the numbers, suggest nothing
Then he sorted top posts by topic, format and hook, and asked for ideas built on patterns that already worked
Do this: Run the effort-versus-results prompt first. It usually finds a format you post constantly that nobody watches.
