LATEST DEVELOPMENTS
🔍 Top producers are invisible when buyers ask AI
The Rundown: New Local Falcon research found 91.5% of established, website-publishing agents were never named once across 37,500 AI searches in the 100 largest US cities.
The details:
Three phrases ran across 25 grid points per city on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini and Grok.
Checked against RealTrends Verified's 2026 rankings, only 21.2% of the highest-volume agents were cited anywhere.
18 of the 25 most-cited agent sites carry a "best agents in [city]" post. The models treat that page as the authority.
Google Business Profile drove 36.6% of citations, Zillow 15.9%. By brand, Compass pulled 1,510 citations, beating Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX combined.
Why it matters: Production volume is invisible to the models now standing between you and buyers. Your Google Business Profile is doing more for discoverability than another closed deal.
💰 EliseAI in talks to raise at a $3.7B valuation
The Rundown: The multifamily AI leasing company is in talks to raise about $300 million at a $3.7 billion valuation, up from $2.2 billion a year ago. Nothing has closed yet.
The details:
Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer are expected to lead. Both already own a piece.
The August 2025 round was $250 million at $2.2 billion.
EliseAI crossed $100 million in annual recurring revenue before this raise.
Its platform automates leasing conversations, tour scheduling and follow-up.
What we're watching: Leasing automation keeps compounding while sales-side AI stays scattered. If you run rentals, this reaches you first.
🤖 ATTOM ships three AI agents for property data
The Rundown: ATTOM added an upgraded MCP server and three AI agents that answer property questions in plain language.
The details:
Property and Place Insights Agent: individual properties, parcels, neighborhoods.
Data Analyst Agent: market analysis, portfolio comparisons, housing trend research.
Report Generation Agent: client-ready reports with valuations, comps and maps.
Same week, CRMLS launched REcore Workspace, a modular hub agents can rearrange.
Pro tip: MCP means these plug into Claude or ChatGPT directly. When a vendor you already pay for ships one, stop copy-pasting comps and query the source.
TOOL SPOTLIGHT
🧭 A free scanner that shows how AI sees you
The Rundown: Roomvu launched Found, a free tool that scans your digital footprint in about 60 seconds and returns a scorecard plus a prioritized action plan. No login required.
The details:
Checks profile consistency, review volume and visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.
Flags conflicting profile details that confuse entity indexing.
Lists the questions buyers and sellers in your market are actually asking.
Get started: Run your own name, then your market's top producer. The gap between scorecards is your content calendar.
