LATEST DEVELOPMENTS

🤝 Your AI assistant can now prep and sign deals in BoldTrail

The Rundown: Inside Real Estate, which serves nearly 400,000 brokerages, agents and teams, confirmed early Model Context Protocol (MCP) access for BoldTrail BackOffice.

The details:

  • MCP lets AI tools act inside a platform, not just answer questions about it

  • Workflows cover generating, validating and presenting offers with forms and e-signature

  • ComplianceAI, built with SetWave, runs checks at submission, not weeks after closing

Why it matters: Your CRM stops being a place you go and becomes a thing you ask.

🔍 Google's listing pilot is live nationally and growing fast

The Rundown: HouseCanary CEO Chris Rediger said his three-year Google partnership now puts home listings directly in mobile search results.

The details:

  • Mobile only and still a pilot, though MLS participation is climbing

  • Every market is eligible, but coverage depends on your local MLS

  • Listing data is contractually blocked from training LLMs

  • Rediger expects LLMs to be the dominant discovery method within five years

Pro tip: Check whether your MLS participates. Your listings may already surface in searches you never paid for.

⚡ Listing prep compressed to 30 seconds

The Rundown: Edensign launched a platform that turns an address and listing photos into condition analysis, staging recommendations, comps and marketing copy.

The details:

  • CEO George Zheng says hours of prep collapse into roughly 30 seconds

  • A 3D staging system keeps furniture consistent across every angle of a room

  • TurboHome launched an AI-plus-agent homebuying platform in Texas and California at a 70% discount to a traditional agent

  • Its clients have bought $445 million in homes, saving $8 million in commissions

What we're watching: TurboHome still keeps a licensed agent for negotiation and closing.

🔗 Three integrations worth knowing about

The details:

  • MoxiWorks connected RISE to Cloze, so agents stop entering contacts twice

  • Restb.ai and apprAIz shipped computer vision that fills up to 90% of a UAD 3.6 appraisal report from photos

  • Zillow extended its ad platform to Pinterest using 200-plus housing intent signals

CASE STUDY

📞 One team revived 3,000 dead leads in 30 days

Who: David Keener, CEO of Premiere Group at The Real Brokerage.

What: Keener uploaded roughly 3,000 non-responsive leads, some untouched for a year, into Leo 2.0, Real's AI assistant inside reZEN.

The result: 1,992 conversations in 30 days, 444 live at once. It books tours and tags leads that need a human. Keener says it replaced his inside sales team, a line item over $100,000 a year.

The lesson: Your dead lead list is the cheapest inventory you own. Point an AI follow-up tool at it before buying new leads. Keener's setup needs a name, a phone number and some context.
