California's AB 723: AI Photo Disclosure Is Now Law
If you list in California, every digitally altered photo must carry a visible "Virtually Staged" (or similar) label and link to the original unaltered image. That includes virtual staging, object removal, sky replacement, and AI enhancements. Basic brightness and white balance edits are exempt. Violation is a misdemeanor. Other states are watching California closely, so get your disclosure workflow right now.
